guests stepped into a night of deception, strategy, and unforgettable entertainment with our immersive traitors-inspired party experience. guests were assigned secret roles and worked their way through interactive missions, alliances, and dramatic eliminations while enjoying elevated cocktails, themed décor, and curated food. every detail, from the atmosphere and gameplay to the timeline and surprises, was professionally designed to create a one-of-a-kind event that was equal parts mystery, competition, and luxury.

for this unforgettable “funky formal” wedding celebration, i served as the day-of coordinator, ensuring every detail came together seamlessly so the couple could be fully present with their guests. following an intimate elopement, this nontraditional reception embraced bold disco-inspired style, vibrant décor, and an energetic atmosphere that perfectly reflected the couple’s personalities. i managed vendor coordination, oversaw the event timeline, handled setup, solved behind-the-scenes challenges, and kept every moment running smoothly, allowing the celebration to feel effortless while bringing the couple’s unique vision to life.

lobsters + libations was a sophisticated labor day celebration designed to capture the feeling of a coastal end-of-summer escape. i planned every element of the event, from developing the theme and coordinating vendors to designing the décor, styling the tablescapes, and creating a seamless guest experience. fresh seafood, seasonal cocktails, curated details, and relaxed yet elevated entertaining came together to create an atmosphere that felt both effortless and memorable. every aspect of the event was thoughtfully planned to ensure guests could simply arrive, celebrate, and enjoy the final weekend of summer.

this holiday brunch was thoughtfully designed to celebrate the season while showcasing the incredible talent of local small businesses. every element—from the catering and desserts to the florals, rentals, and specialty beverages—was sourced from local vendors to create a cohesive, community-focused event. i coordinated each vendor, developed the event design, managed logistics, and styled every detail to ensure a warm, inviting atmosphere that felt both festive and refined. the result was a beautiful holiday gathering (including entertainment!) that highlighted the value of shopping local while creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.
